Our typical recurring pest service covers most crawling insects, spiders, and rodents. It does not cover fleas, bed bugs, flying insects, stinging insects, or fire ants in the yard.
It is normal to see dead and/or dying bugs after service. It may even seem that pest activity has increased since our treatment disrupts insects normal behavior and harborage areas.
Most of our pest services are designed to keep pesky insects out of your house. You are still likely to see various pests outside your home. We do offer yard treatments or other similar treatments as separate services.
When you enroll in a recurring service program, we offer free return visits if you are experiencing problems, as long as it is for a pest covered under the service for which you are enrolled.
We do not allow service skips due to the time of year or lack of pest sightings. It is important to maintain the service schedule in order to keep pests away year-round.
No, we do not require you to sign a contract to participate in our pest control program. Depending on your service frequency, we continue to serve you until you cancel the service. We want our performance to be the reason you keep us, not a contract.
For most residential homes, we recommend our quarterly pest service. Many of the products we use are designed to last for 3 months. We also offer or recommend every other month or monthly service depending on the situation or pests present.
